Hello everybody. I want to tell you that Expedia has done everything it can to cope with a completely unfortunate situation for me that happened to me on a tourist trip. I have booked a stay at the RedDoorz Premium Hotel near Gaston Park Cagayan De Oro City. I was on vacation, I came there from the USA, and the hotel no longer exists. Only a new hotel and an old sign over the building. After a couple of calls, expedia placed me in another hotel nearby, paying all the extra expenses. They even transferred me again to an even better hotel after I found it was not up to my standards. They really took care of what could be a very bad situation. Thanks a lot Expedia!
